    • If this is a gift, please tell us all about the receiving party, their likes, hobbies, and what excited them!
    • If the Hat is for yourself, we would love to hear all about you, what excites you and any other details you can think of that will help us complete Your Custom Design.
    • Color of the Hat you would like.
    • Design Location Where would you like the Design to go? i.e. Crown (top), Crown (sides), Brim, Underside of Brim, etc.
    • If you request a hat band, please keep in mind the hat band WILL cover some of the design unless asked not to do so.
    • If you have any reference material, please share with us the details or links where we can find them, alternatively you can email them to us at contact@hlchomestead.com.au

Additional Terms of Service for Custom-Made Items:

At The HLC Homestead, we take pride in developing our own engraved cowboy hat designs that are exclusive to our brand. Rest assured, your custom hat will be crafted with originality and creativity to ensure it stands out as a one-of-a-kind piece.

1. While we understand that you may have a pre-existing design or drawing, we want to emphasize that our Hat Designer does not engage in direct copying or replication of another person's design. 

However, we gladly welcome the opportunity to draw inspiration from your reference materials to create a unique and original design.

2. Prior to starting a custom hat order, it is important to complete the payment for the hat in full.

Please note that all custom hats are non-refundable in the event of a change of mind.

After initial acceptance and consultation of your order, you will be sent an invoice for easy payment. 

3. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer photo and video proof of the drawn design before proceeding with the burning process. This allows customers to preview the design, provide feedback on the design and accept the design.

We do ask for written acceptance of the drawn design via text or email, so please make sure the details you enter in the form below are correct and up to date. 

4. If you decide to add any additional design elements to the hat, AFTER the initial acceptance and consultation, additional costs of $20 per design element, will be applied to your order and must be paid before shipping can occur.

5. In the unlikely event that a customer expresses dissatisfaction with the burnt hat, and we are unable to find a mutually satisfactory resolution, our dedicated customer services team will make every effort to facilitate a resolution through negotiation.

Under certain circumstances and at our sole discretion, a refund may be considered.
